View & Select Donor from Database
First, you will need to register and view our egg donor database. If you want to continue with the process after viewing, you will need to fill out our Intended Parent Application. Once you have selected some donors, our staff can help you pick the donor that best matches what you are looking for!

Choose Fertility Clinic
You may choose to remain with our trusted clinic and lab for the full journey—from retrieval through embryo transfer—or work with a fertility center of your own preference. If you select another clinic, our team will collaborate directly with their staff, ensuring they have all required details and equipment to safely receive the eggs. We’ll also coordinate with your third-party reproductive specialist to confirm everything is in place well before your embryo transfer.
Screening Evaluations
At Luxe, we seamlessly coordinate with your IVF clinic, mental health professionals, and genetic specialists to ensure every required screening is handled with care and precision.
Donor Egg Retrieval
Your donor will travel to your clinic of choice for the egg retrieval process. Once the fresh eggs are retrieved from the donor, they will then be immediately fertilized with the intended parent's sperm or a donor sperm.Â
 If you chose frozen eggs from our database, we will have the frozen eggs shipped to your clinic where they will then be fertilized and ready for transfer.

Transfer
Now that the eggs have developed into embryos, they are often biopsied for PGT-A testing to assess chromosomal health, then prepared for transfer to the intended parent or surrogate within a few days of retrieval. The eggs can be cryopreserved (frozen) for transfer at a later date.
Before your embryo transfer begins, your reproductive endocrinologist will guide you through all required screenings and tests to ensure everything is in place. Our team coordinates the secure transport of your chosen frozen eggs or fresh embryos, making sure they arrive safely and are prepared for the next stage of your parenthood journey.
Pregnancy
While every journey is unique, we remain optimistic that pregnancy will happen on the first try!
What we require of our egg donors:
- Age: must be between 19-29 years old
- BMI: must be within the healthy range of 18-29
- Health History: must have no significant history of genetic disorders, hereditary cancers, or serious medical conditions (personally & family history)
- Reproductive Health & History: must have regular menstrual cycles, no PCOS, endometriosis, or infertility
- Mental Health:Â must have no personal or family history of a severe mental disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc)
- Addiction History:Â must have no history of alcoholism, substance abuse, or other addictions (personally and family)
- Non-smoker/Non-drug User:Â must be tobacco, nicotine, and drug-free (marijuana included)
- Mentally Stable:Â must be mentally and emotionally stable as to handle the donation process
- Flexibility:Â must be able to make the medical appointments during the donation process
